С 1 октября 2026 года в России вступает в силу сразу несколько изменений, которые затронут пенсионеров, клиентов банков, продавцов на маркетплейсах и самозанятых. "РБК Инвестиции" сообщают, какие правила начнут действовать и что изменится для граждан.
🔸 У части россиян вырастут пенсии
С октября увеличится выплата для получателей страховой пенсии, которым в сентябре исполнилось 80 лет или была установлена инвалидность I группы. Для них автоматически удвоят фиксированную выплату: ее размер составит 19 169,38 рубля. Оформлять прибавку отдельно не потребуется.
🔸 НСУ можно заменить денежной выплатой
До 1 октября пенсионеры и другие получатели набора социальных услуг могут отказаться от него в натуральной форме и выбрать денежную компенсацию с января 2027 года. Полная стоимость НСУ составляет 1825,25 рубля в месяц.
🔸 Внесение наличных через чужой банкомат
С 1 октября появится возможность пополнять счет наличными через банкомат одного банка, если счет открыт в другом. Участие банков в такой системе добровольное.
Одновременно устанавливаются лимиты: не более 25 тысяч рублей за одну операцию, 50 тысяч рублей в сутки и 200 тысяч рублей в месяц.
